Course Description
Introduction to the economic concepts, techniques and applications of organizational, marketing, financial, operations, and resource management in a firm.
Learning Objectives
- Learn fundamental principles of business management economics.
- Understand business role in local, national and international markets.
- Become proficient with financial statements, budgets, and other tools for planning, evaluating and implementing decisions.
- Use economic and business management principles in solving management problems.
