Course Description
Examination of the economic and legal aspects of contractual and non-contractual ways of organizing transactions by business.
Learning Objectives
- Learn the principles of the economics of organization.
- Understand the factors that shape whether business firms produce internally or contract externally, including vertical and horizontal contracting, with an understanding of transactions costs.
